We're all volunteers.
Denver PorchFest is organized and staffed entirely by volunteers. Hosts, sponsors, donors, and day-of crew keep admission free.

We partner with East 7th Arts, a local nonprofit that helps children with autism by providing art and music therapy. East 7th Arts began as a fundraiser to protect art and music therapy at a New York City school. It still supports those programs. Festival donations help pay local artists and support that work. Denver PorchFest Clean-up!
Join us the day after PorchFest to clean up the Baker community and leave it better than we found it. Snooze will serve breakfast at 9am, then we will head out for a final sweep at 10am. Special merch for everyone who shows up to help!

Questions
Who runs PorchFest?
A volunteer crew of Denver neighbors organizes and runs PorchFest.
What does it cost to attend?
Admission is free. Donation tickets help pay artists and cover festival costs. Suggested ($20) includes a sticker and an invite code to the festival app; Supporter ($40) adds a koozie and a drink ticket; Promoter ($70) includes all of that plus exclusive band pre-party access (date and location TBA). Every tier also supports East 7th Arts, a local nonprofit that helps children with autism by providing art and music therapy.
Will the artists be paid?
Yes. We pay artists as much as donations allow. Donations also support East 7th Arts, which provides art and music therapy for children with autism.
When and where is PorchFest happening?
Saturday, October 3, from noon to 7pm in Denver's Baker neighborhood.
When will the lineup and set times be announced?
All 190 acts are listed here. Set times and the full schedule are in the Official Festival App, included with every donation ticket. Lead-up events are on the Events calendar.
Can I apply as a host or volunteer?
Host applications are closed. Volunteer sign-up is on the Volunteer page. Vendor applications are closed.
Is the festival accessible?
Most festival areas are accessible from city sidewalks.
Can I bring pets?
Friendly, leashed pets are welcome. Expect crowds, heat, and loud music.
What if it rains?
PorchFest happens rain or shine.
Where do I park?
Street parking in Baker is limited, so we strongly recommend rideshare. We are also working on free bike parking; check back for details.
Is PorchFest family friendly?
Yes. All ages are welcome.

Bradley Schwartz
Bradley has lived in Colorado for nearly five years, three of them in Denver. He got the idea for Denver PorchFest after playing Atlanta's Virginia Highlands PorchFest and wanted to bring that mix of neighbors and local music home.
Marketing Ops
Jay Gindi
Jay sings in Everybody but Jay, runs East 7th Arts, and leads marketing for PorchFest. East 7th Arts helps children with autism get art and music therapy.
Volunteer Coordination
Abby Beltrani
Abby is a New York native who has spent six years in Denver. She coordinates volunteers and joined to bring neighbors and local artists into the same space.
Event Day Operations Producer
Orin Levy
Orin has lived in Denver for years and believes deeply in its music scene. He produces event-day operations.
Organizer
Keagan Vernon
Keagan grew up in Colorado and moved to Denver eight years ago after CU Boulder. He works in apparel and design, plays with CLIFFHOUSE, and knows the local dive bars. He joined PorchFest to give more Denver artists and neighbors a stage.
Content Creation
Laura DuFresne
Laura grew up around Denver, graduated from DU in 2024, and works for Denver City Council. She first helped PorchFest through her council office, then joined the board personally to support content and local artists.
Partnership Lead
Ty Cirincione
Ty leads partnerships for Denver PorchFest. He grew up near Albany around everything from sold-out amphitheaters to local punk in basement shows. The donate-what-you-can gigs stuck with him, and he is bringing that spirit to Denver.
Finance & Fundraising
Pierce Miller
Pierce handles finance and fundraising. He moved from Atlanta to Denver in 2019 after CU Boulder, plays lead guitar in a local band, and grew up with PorchFest in Atlanta.
Merch
Kati Dunay
Kati leads festival merch. She moved from New York to Denver in 2023 for the mountains and spends her time hiking, biking, climbing, skiing, going to outdoor shows, and making things with a cider nearby.
Production Manager
Seth Appel
Seth manages local artists, recently graduated from CU Denver's Music Business Program, and plans to become a music and entertainment lawyer. He leads day-of production for hosts and performers.
Marketing & Media
Dana Gentry
Dana handles marketing, media, and social. She moved from North Carolina to Baker nearly two years ago and is usually at a concert, a dive bar, or both. She joined because local music builds community and East 7th Arts does work worth supporting.
PR
James Richard Lane
James leads PR for Denver PorchFest. Born in Baltimore and based in Denver since 2016, he has worked in local media at 303 Magazine and KUVO. He sings, plays guitar, and hosts the podcast for The Shaky Experience.
